Per pale wavy Azure and Or; dexter three escallops in pale of
the Last; sinister a lion rampant Gules, armed and langued of
the First. For Supporters, at dexter, Saint James the Greater
habited as a pilgrim proper, holding in his outer hand a staff
and wearing a broad-brimmed hat charged with an escallop
at sinister a Knight in full armour proper. Suspended beneath
the shield is a chain consisting of seven escallops alternating
with a capital H Or, from which hangs a St. James medallion.
The Arms are displayed on a mantle Azure doubled Erminois,
its dexter and sinister folds bound with cords and tassels Or
and bearing a pavilion surmounted by an antique crown of a
Count of the Holy Roman Empire, attributed to Floris V,
